TU Munich Theresienstrasse As part of the renovation of the underground car park roof, the forecourt of the TU Munich was redesigned. The floor is covered with simple, light granite slabs. A grove of trees on a water-bound surface with Ginkgo biloba creates a natural contrast and shields the square from the busy road. Striking long benches made of hand-crafted oak planks protrude from the grove into the open space and invite you to sit in the sun or in the shade.
